Rentafill has designed and manufactured a Heavy Duty Filling Machine. This is a robust Filling Machine, manufactured in Australia. The Compact S is a single cylinder pneumatic volumetric Filling Machine.
The machine will fill liquids, creams, pastes and materials in suspension up to 10 mm and will fill hot or cold product direct from a tank or hopper. The standard machine is fitted with a 1000ml cylinder assembly which will fill volumes from 100 ml to 1000 ml. Smaller cylinder assemblies are available if there is a requirement to fill volumes of less than 100 ml.
All contact parts are 316 stainless steel. All pneumatic controls are housed in a waterproof control box. The machine operates automatically or from a foot switch. This robust machine has been designed to be simply cleaned and maintained.
